Hi, I’m Mariah Elberson, a lifelong Ocean City native and Real Estate Sales Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®.
After earning degrees in education from the University of Utah and the College of Charleston, I spent time living in cities like Charlotte and Charleston before returning to raise my family right here at the Jersey Shore. There’s no place like home—and I’m proud to help others plant roots here, too.
Before real estate, I was a primary school teacher. That background taught me the importance of integrity, patience, and clear communication—skills that now guide the way I help clients buy, sell, or rent throughout Ocean City and the surrounding communities.
